Physiotherapy built around you
Your goals lead the plan
No two people arrive with the same problem, the same history or the same hopes. Your first appointment is an unhurried conversation and a careful assessment, so Katherine understands what has changed and what you want to get back to — then your rehabilitation plan is built around exactly that.
- Time to be heard — your health, your routine and what matters to you
- A clear explanation of what is going on, in plain language
- Goals you choose, from walking the dog to playing with the grandchildren
- A plan that progresses with you, reviewed at every appointment

What to expect
A clear, unhurried path from first conversation to progress
Step 1: Initial conversation and assessment
We start by listening. Katherine asks about your health, your routine and what has changed, then looks carefully at how you move.
Step 2: Understanding your goals
Together we agree what matters most to you — perhaps walking to the shops, managing stairs or getting back to a favourite activity.
Step 3: Personalised rehabilitation
You'll receive a plan built around those goals, with hands-on guidance in sessions and clear exercises to practise at home.
Step 4: Reviewing progress
We check how things are going and adjust the plan as you grow stronger, so it always stays relevant and achievable.
