Mobility & Healthy Ageing

Mobility and healthy ageing physiotherapy in Henley-on-Thames

Physiotherapy for midlife and later life to keep you strong, mobile and doing the things you enjoy — walking, travelling, gardening, grandchildren.

About this service

Staying active as we get older is about far more than exercise. It is about getting out and about, managing the stairs, enjoying time with family and continuing to do things your own way.

Older adult physiotherapy at Balance focuses on the movements that matter in your day: walking, getting up from a chair, turning, reaching and carrying. Katherine takes time to understand what has changed, what you would like to improve, and builds a practical plan around you.
